Responsibilities & Duties
- Performing daily cleaning, sanitization, and room arrangement to meet hotel standards
- Changing bed sheets, linen covers, and towels in full compliance with procedures
- Detailed cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms, restrooms, and in-room areas
- Regularly replenishing guest toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.) and restocking room amenities
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards along guest floor corridors and common areas
Requirements
- Citizens of Central Asian countries
- Fluent / good command of Russian (essential for guest and team communication)
- Responsible, dedicated, hardworking, hygiene-conscious, physically dynamic, and healthy
- Basic conversational Turkish (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Meticulous, efficient, friendly, and honest
- Able to reside in staff dormitories in Antalya, Izmir, or Istanbul

- Salary: $800 - $1200 (Regular monthly payment + tip opportunities)
