Responsibilities & Duties
- Assisting waiters with service preparation, place settings, and table setup
- Politely assisting guests communicating in Russian and other foreign languages
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards in dining rooms, terraces, and buffet areas
- Clearing empty plates, glassware, and cutlery from tables to the dishwashing station
- Providing prompt, friendly, and guest-satisfaction-oriented service
Requirements
- Citizens of Central Asian countries
- Fluent/good command of Russian (mandatory for guest communication)
- Responsible, dedicated, hardworking, presentable, and physically dynamic/healthy
- Basic conversational Turkish skills (or willingness to learn)
- Good diction, smiling attitude, and high attention to personal care and hygiene
- Able to stay in staff dormitories in Antalya, Izmir, or Istanbul
Benefits & Conditions
- Salary: $800 - $1200 (Regular monthly payment + tips)
