Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting waiters with table setups, cutlery arrangements, and service preparation
* Maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards in dining and buffet areas
* Promptly clearing used plates, glassware, and cutlery to the dishwashing station
* Providing polite, efficient, and guest-focused support to ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
* Citizens of Central Asian countries
* Responsible, hardworking, well-groomed, physically fit, and active
* Basic communication skills in Turkish (or willingness to learn quickly)
* Friendly demeanor, polite speech, and passion for the hospitality service industry
* Willingness to reside in on-site staff housing (lojman)
